EX Range Disperse Dyes----suitable for dyeing secondary acetate (CA) and its blends

Ropeform, longitudinal-axis or overflow	10 20 -45 30 -90 minutes
Coil beam	2 2 -4 4 -8
1.0g/l	Bath Softener (rope form)
Or 0.5g/l	Degassing agent (warp shaft)
Or 0.5g/l	Defoamer (jet overflow)
x %	Jihua EX dye
0.5g/l	dispersant

Adjust pH=6 with formic acid or acetic acid

Dye at 85~95OC for 30 ~ 90 minutes

(depends on dye depth)

Wash: warm and cold water

Dark color needs cleaning

1 g/l anti-stain cleansing lotion

2 courses or 40 °C x 15 minutes
